They are the best form of “missing middle” housing available, offering ground-based living with a backyard, easily accessible parking and larger square footage while being compact enough to be built in the heart of the city.

MDRB Developments Inc is a registered Tarion builder (through Coast Road GP Inc). We are a Toronto-based real estate company with a focus on townhouse development and construction.  Over the past few years, we have constructed 73 townhouses including 34 in Port Dover, Ontario and 39 in Kansas City. The owners, Mark Siegel and Richard Kim, have a combined 30 years of real-estate experience in a wide range of real estate projects. Mark Siegel has an urban planning degree from the University of Waterloo and MBA from York University. Richard Kim has an Economics degree and MBA from York University.

Community building is important to us and we support local children’s sports teams and cultural events. We also believe in a strong builder community and have been a member of the Haldimand Norfolk Builders Association since 2019.
